Hudai Foundation is a non-governmental organization operating in Ghana since 2010, implementing education-based and humanitarian projects to support sustainable community development.
We are looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Digital Media & Graphic Design Officer to join our Media Office and support the visual communication and digital media activities of the Foundation and its affiliated institutions.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who has a solid foundation in graphic design and social media, is eager to grow, and is ready to take responsibility within a structured media team. A training and handover period will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for social media platforms (posts, stories, carousels)
- Support the management of social media accounts (Hudai Foundation & TINASCO Schools)
- Prepare captions and assist with content planning
- Conduct basic photo coverage for events and institutional activities when required
- Edit and organize photo and video materials for digital use
- Follow institutional branding and content guidelines
- Work closely with the Media Office Lead and gradually take ownership of assigned tasks

Requirements
- Basic to intermediate experience in graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva are assets)
- Understanding of social media platforms and content publishing
- Basic photography skills are an advantage
- Willingness to learn, improve, and work independently over time
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Based in Ghana and currently residing in Accra
- Available for on-site work when required
