Role Description
The Tufting Studio Attendant will be responsible for assisting clients throughout their creative process, maintaining the studio space, and ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working order. Other duties include managing bookings, supporting workshop setup, providing guidance on tufting techniques, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Booking & managing customer schedules
- Guide customers through the tufting process (especially beginners)
- Handle customer enquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, or social media where applicable)
- Inventory management of all supplies
REQUIREMENTS
- Social media management experience
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Fun & Creative
- Understanding of digital trends/social media platforms/content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop and Al content generating
