Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Capability and Training Officer to develop and deliver practical training for showroom sales executives, depot keepers, and affiliated partners who sell our products to the public. This role focuses on improving product knowledge, sales skills, customer engagement, and overall performance across all sales touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for showroom staff, depot keepers, and sales affiliates
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training on products, pricing, promotions, and selling techniques
- Ensure all sales-facing teams clearly understand product features, benefits, and correct usage
- Coach teams on customer interaction, upselling, and handling objections
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align training with company goals
- Visit showrooms, depots, and partner locations to assess performance and provide on-site coaching
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements where needed

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales training, sales management, or commercial development
- Strong understanding of retail or distribution-based sales environments
- Ability to train diverse groups with varying experience levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to depots, showrooms, and partner locations
- Organized, practical, and results-focused approach
