We are seeking an experienced Akuapem Twi Teacher to join our Primary & JHS academic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Akuapem Twi and proven experience preparing pupils for the BECE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pupils thoroughly for BECE Akuapem Twi examinations, including comprehension, grammar, composition, customs and oral components.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the GES curriculum and BECE standards.
- Assess, track, and document students’ academic progress, providing regular feedback.
- Conduct revision sessions, mock exams, and targeted interventions for BECE candidates.
- Foster appreciation for the Ghanaian language, culture, and values among young learners.
- Support students in building strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in Akuapem Twi.

Required Skills or Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Ghanaian Language (Akuapem Twi), or a related field.
- Professional teacher training from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience, preferably in a primary or junior high school setting.
- Proven experience preparing students for BECE .
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in Akuapem Twi.
