We have been tasked by a Multinational FMCG based in Accra, Ghana, to search for the perfect candidate for this role.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping & Logistics Manager located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. Responsibilities include overseeing daily shipping and logistics operations, managing supply chain processes, and optimizing inventory levels.
The manager will also handle procurement planning, ensure timely delivery of goods, and address customer service concerns related to logistics. Coordination with internal teams and external partners for effective logistics management is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management practices
- Strong skills in Inventory Management and Procurement processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with experience addressing logistics-related queries
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize shipping procedures for efficiency
- Prior experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in Ghana or similar markets
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in logistics software or ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and transportation laws
