Job Purpose
Zonda Tec Ghana limited, a leader in the assembling, sales and servicing of commercial vehicles in Ghana, is looking to hire Sales Assistants who shall work closely with our Sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping Sales Executives process sales documents and other support activities. The ideal candidates must be passionate about the “art” of sales and be ready to work in a result driven work environment to drive sales results.
Role Responsibilities
- Process sales documentation.
- Receiving business related calls and updating new client information.
- Stay updated on the company's products and services.
- Follow up on leads, assist in closing deals and coordinate vehicle delivery to customers
- Cooperating with the Marketing team to ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Any other duties assigned by the marketing director.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and many more.

Required Skills or Experience
Academic Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing and it's related courses.
- A minimum of 4 years working experience as a Sales Assistant/Customer Service Executive.
- Excellent communication skills. Good appearance and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
