At Eni, we are looking for a Head of General Services within Eni Ghana in Accra. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the provision of reliable transportation services for employees; ensuring appropriate lodging and accommodation arrangements that meet the needs of both staff and the Company; and arranging for the supply, upkeep and proper maintenance of office and household furniture and equipment.

Key projects include the Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) exploration project, which supplies gas to the local market and meets 65% of the country’s energy demand. Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the performance of service contractors to ensure they deliver the level of service specified in their contracts.
- Oversee the certification of contractors’ invoices to enable payment for services rendered.
- Ensure that staff on mission and Eni Ghana employees are provided with transportation, meet?and?greet services, and lodging and accommodation in line with Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that employees receive office and household furnishings and equipment appropriate to their grade within the Company.
- Ensure that office and household equipment is properly maintained.
Skills And Experience Required
- University degree in Engineering.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, General Services and Logistics, and significant overseas experience.
- A strong technical background, combined with the ability to plan, coordinate and manage a variety of administrative services.
- In?depth knowledge of the Company’s organisation and administrative policies, procedures and operations.
- Experience in comparative economic evaluations.
- Skills in cost analysis and control, cost estimating, purchase pricing and budgeting.
