Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and attending industry events to network and generate leads.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the building materials or construction industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Customer relationship management skills
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree, Marketing,HND or related field is beneficial
- With experience in the hardware retail and wholesale marke are a plus
