Faith Group of Companies, a leading Frozen Food, logistics and real estate business, is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across our business units in Tamale.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise branch managers, supervisors, and operational staff.
- Coordinate stock movement, cold room operations, and logistics to minimize losses and shortages.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and Audit teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience as an operations Manager or in a similar senior operational role.
- Strong background in cold store, retail, FMCG, warehousing, or logistics operations will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
