The Role
The Project Finance & Administration Officer will be based in Accra and responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide, as required, administrative and technical support to the project team and other stakeholders, including secretarial services.
- Assist and contribute to the preparation of all project deliverables and key documents.
- Act as the first “telephone” point of contact, including accepting incoming calls, recording calls, attempting to resolve simple problems and following established procedures for more difficult issues.
- Follow up on requests from technical specialists.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics, such as vehicle rental, travel, missions and drafting of travel letters for subcontractors and third parties.
