Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Accounting role located in Accra. The Accountant will manage and oversee daily financial transactions, prepare financial statements, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The responsibilities include processing payments, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, and generating financial reports that aid decision-making processes within the organization. The role also requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budget Preparation, and General Ledger Management
- Expertise in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll Processing
- Knowledge of Tax Compliance, Financial Regulations, and Cost Management
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Excel)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams effectively
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing financial records
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) considered a plus
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector or similar industries is an advantage
