The Finance & Grants Manager will oversee the company’s financial management, donor reporting, and compliance functions. This role combines core financial leadership with responsibility for managing project-based reporting (including Trade Hub and Private Investment reporting), ensuring adherence to financial controls, and driving operational efficiency across the Ghana operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, management accounts, cash-flow projections, and oversee audits.
- Manage grant and donor reporting, ensuring accurate expenditure tracking, compliance, and timely submissions.
- Maintain strong internal controls through audits, reviews, and policy development.
- Oversee HR administration, including contracts, performance documentation, and compliance.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and key external stakeholders.

Key Deliverables

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
- ACCA/CA/CPA preferred.
- 5+ years in financial management, including donor/grant reporting.
Skills & Tools
- Strong accounting, analysis, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, MS 365, and ERP systems.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to mentor staff.
