Job Summary
This is an on-site, full-time Cook position based in Koforidua. The Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals following the hotel’s standards, ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are strictly maintained. Responsibilities include menu preparation, ingredient selection, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring timely meal service.
The role also involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness and assisting with inventory management to support smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development
- Knowledge and application of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and coordinate with culinary teams
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation and plating
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet service deadlines
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or related culinary role is an advantage
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
