About nBogne
nBogne is building transport infrastructure for health data exchange in Africa. In many regions, reliable internet connectivity cannot be assumed; yet, health facilities still need to share patient records, referrals, and clinical data. We are creating a transport layer that enables the movement of health information between facilities and interoperability systems using existing telecom infrastructure, without relying solely on HTTP connectivity.
Why This Matters
Health data exchange infrastructure in Africa often assumes connectivity that does not exist. We are building a layer that works when the internet doesn't, using networks that already reach every corner of the continent.
