RADComm Group is offering an exciting Graduate Internship Opportunity for a creative and passionate individual interested in video production, editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student looking to gain hands-on experience working on corporate events, conferences, awards shows, media productions, and digital campaigns across Africa and the Middle East.
Internship Focus Areas
- Video editing (events, interviews, social media, promos)
- Videography & camera operation (basic to intermediate level)
- Motion graphics & simple animations
- Social media video content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Assisting with live events, conferences, and media productions

Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or graduate intern in Media, Film, Animation, Multimedia, Communication, or related field
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on-site in Dome, Accra
