We are hiring an experienced Sales / Biomedical Engineer to join our existing team in Accra, Ghana. We are authorised distributors for leading medical brands, including Fresenius Dialysis, TOPCON, SCHILLER, MINDRAY, MIXTA, with more brands to be added.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medical equipment
- Sales and promotion to private hospitals, government hospitals, and tenders
- Lead and manage the local team and monitor daily operations
- Business development and customer relationship management
- Travel across Ghana as required

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in medical equipment sales and biomedical engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of hospital equipment
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Leadership capability and ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: Above INR 3 Lakhs (or equivalent)
- Sales incentives based on targets
