Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for Freight Forearding Company , based in Accra. The CFO will be responsible for;
- Translate business strategy into short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans.
- Prepare and control annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor revenue vs cost performance across haulage, freight forwarding, and warehousing.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to Management and the Board.
- Oversee external audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure timely tax computation, filing, and payments.
- Manage cash flows, working capital, and liquidity across operations.
- Oversee bank relationships, credit lines, overdrafts, and loan facilities.
- Ensure proper billing for all haulage, freight, and warehousing services.
- Eliminate revenue leakages, underbilling, and fraud risks.
- Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning,
- Ensure proper asset valuation, depreciation, and disposal.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a degree In Business administration
- Chartered Member of ICAG , ACCA
- 5-7 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Competency in Sage Accounting Software
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel
