Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher at Lotus International School, located in Legon. The English Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive and effective teaching sessions, and providing individualized support to students. Additional duties include assessing student performance, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure overall academic success and growth for each student.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, including planning and delivering lessons.
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum development tailored to various learning needs.
- Experience in Education and Teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate students at differing levels of proficiency.
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Conversant with the Cambridge Curriculum.
- Teaching certification and a background in English, Education, or a related field are required.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for fostering student growth and learning.
- Prior experience in a similar role or with international curricula is an added advantage.
