Role Summary
We’re seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as Accounts Officers. If you have a passion for accounting, this role offers the opportunity to apply your skills in cash management, reconciliations and transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in vetting and preparing regional petty cash requests
- Assist reconcile petty cash expenses from regional offices
- Assist in recording petty cash and related expenses in QuickBooks
- Monitor shipment activities to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Assist with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Provide support in preparing periodic financial reports and audits

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Completed National Service (preferably with accounting/finance exposure).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Integrity, accountability, and eagerness to learn.
