Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance located in Accra. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and implementing financial strategies.

Responsibilities include managing financial planning, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory financial requirements. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to support business strategies and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial data interpretation for informed decision-making
- Proven background in Finance, including budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to handle compliance with regulations and establish effective financial controls
- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a finance team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are advantageous)
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
