Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Cook based in Keta. The role involves preparing high-quality meals following established recipes and culinary standards. Responsibilities include organizing kitchen operations, ensuring ingredients are fresh and in stock, maintaining cleanliness standards, and collaborating with staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
The Experienced Cook will also contribute to menu planning and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Knowledge of kitchen management, menu planning, and inventory control
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen cleanliness practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or relevant culinary training
- Culinary certification or diploma is an advantage
- A passion for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes
