At African Hidden Champions (AHC), we are committed to scaling Africa’s mid-sized businesses into global champions. Growth is at the heart of this mission both in terms of expanding AHC’s membership base and amplifying the reach of its programs. The Growth Associate plays a vital role in driving visibility, building partnerships, and ensuring that AHC continues to attract ambitious African businesses and stakeholders.
12-month Success Definition
As the AHC Growth Associate, you will take ownership of growth initiatives that support AHC’s expansion, service delivery, and brand visibility. Your primary goal will be to drive successful fundraising efforts, strengthen service offerings, and ensure seamless product and content execution.
Success will be measured by developing and delivering high-quality decks, ensuring 100% of service offerings are launched and operational on time, achieving 80% accuracy in workshop content preparation and delivery as well as the delivery of other business services, driving 100% active adoption of the AHC App among target users, and providing timely impact reports with 100% compliance to reporting schedules.

- Create compelling fundraising decks and partnership proposals to secure funding from new and existing partners.
- Anchor AHC’s service offerings to ensure smooth execution and delivery of value to members and stakeholders.
- Prepare content and materials for workshops, ensuring alignment with AHC’s objectives and audience needs.
- Manage aspects of product development and updates for the AHC App, collaborating with technical teams to enhance user experience.
- Support the development and execution of impact reporting, ensuring accurate data collection and presentation for internal and external stakeholders.
