Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team on-site at our Adenta location, someone who is willing to pursue a long-term career in sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports.

Additional responsibilities include presenting product solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the team to support growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging or environmental industries is an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in packaging or similar industries
- Must be driven and self-motivated for success
- Must be results-oriented and passionate about customer satisfaction
- Must be curious and open to learning and improving constantly
- Females and family-oriented men are encouraged to apply
