Job Summary
Daddy Ash Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Designer to support the design, maintenance, and performance of our websites and digital platforms. This role blends creative and technical expertise to ensure excellent user experience, seamless functionality, and consistent brand presentation across all online interfaces.

The Web Designer will also play an important role in supporting e-commerce operations, content management, and web analytics to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website to ensure high uptime and functionality
- Improve website layout, visual appeal, and usability in line with brand standards
- Upload and update promotions, events, banners, and product listings
- Support e-commerce operations by ensuring orders and inquiries are handled within 24 hours
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct regular website audits
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare weekly reports
- Collaborate with Marketing, Graphics, Sales, and IT teams on digital initiatives
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance usability, accessibility, and performance
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of new website features
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in web design or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SEO principles, and responsive design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
