ROLE SUMMARY
Kappa Carwash is seeking a responsible, well-presented, and customer-focused Manager to oversee the daily operations of our carwash. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, punctual, and capable of managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the carwash and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise carwash attendants and coordinate shift schedules.
- Maintain high standards of quality control for all vehicles serviced.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any complaints professionally.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Keep the carwash environment clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Train new staff and monitor performance of existing workers.
- Handle daily cash reports and maintain accurate records.
- Uphold all company policies, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
- Ensure punctual opening and closing of the carwash premises.

Required Skills or Experience
- Must live in or around Madina, Adenta, Achimota, Haatso, North Legon, or West Legon.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with customers politely.
- Good quality control skills and attention to detail.
- Prior managerial experience or proven leadership ability in a similar role.
- Must be tidy, well-organized, and disciplined.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Must be educated (minimum SHS) and able to speak good English.
- Ability to work long hours and manage a team effectively.
- Team Player: Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and efficient workflow.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Good Personal Hygiene: Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times.
- Clean Police Record: Must have a clean criminal record for consideration.
- References: Must provide both family and professional references.
- Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hours
- Monday-Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- With one day off of your choice
Salary: GHS 2000
