Tap & Order is a fast-growing Super App transforming how people in Ghana move, shop, and access services. Our platform integrates ride-hailing, courier services, shuttle mobility, marketplace shopping, and professional service bookings — all in one seamless ecosystem.
We are expanding our mobility and delivery network. We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and street-smart Rider & Driver Recruitment Lead to help build our supply base of riders, drivers, and vehicle partners.
Role Overview:
The Rider & Driver Recruitment Lead is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, training, and activating all riders and drivers who join the Tap & Order mobility ecosystem. You will be the engine behind our mobility and delivery operations — ensuring we always have enough couriers, taxi drivers, car owners, tricycle operators, mini-truck drivers, and shuttle drivers ready to serve customers.
This role requires confidence, hustle, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Ghana’s transport environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Identify and recruit riders (motorbikes), tricycle operators, taxi drivers, car owners, mini-truck drivers, and shuttle drivers
- Conduct field recruitment in hotspots such as stations, terminals, campuses, and busy junctions
- Build relationships with rider groups, unions, and fleet owners
- Generate a constant pipeline of interested mobility partners
Onboarding & Activation
- Collect required documents (ID, license, roadworthy certificates, insurance, etc.)
- Assist drivers and riders to download the app and complete registration
- Provide orientation on using the Tap & Order driver/rider app
- Train new recruits on customer service, safety, and delivery/ride standards
- Ensure new mobility partners are activated and ready to accept trips
Management & Support
- Monitor daily rider and driver activity
- Identify inactive partners and re-engage them
- Resolve onboarding issues or app-related challenges
- Work with operations team to ensure balanced supply on all routes
- Maintain a high level of partner satisfaction and retention
Field Operations
- Visit high-demand areas to mobilize new riders/drivers
- Conduct periodic training sessions and refresher programs
- Assess potential opportunities for mobility expansion
- Gather field insights to improve operations and product functionality
Reporting & Performance
- Track recruitment numbers, activation rates, and performance metrics
- Submit weekly updates on onboarding progress
- Analyze supply-demand gaps and propose solutions
- Recommend growth strategies for mobility categories

Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in rider/driver recruitment, logistics, fleet coordination, or field operations
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident approaching riders, drivers, and fleet partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-heavy environment
- Solid understanding of Ghana’s mobility/transport space
- Smartphone literacy and ability to teach others how to use an app
- Must be highly organized and results-driven
