TNell Wall Frames & Interior (formerly Frame Baze) is expanding, and we’re looking for a fresh graduate (not more than 3 years out of college) who is creative, organized, and highly proactive to join us as a Marketing & Trend Monitoring Manager. This person will help us grow our visibility, attract more customers, and support smooth office operations..
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, social-media smart, trend-aware, and highly responsible.
You will be responsible for:
- Spotting daily viral trends on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Creating and executing marketing activities
- Ensuring TNell stays ahead of competitors
- Increasing visibility across all social platforms
- Verifying client transactions
- Supporting daily office and administrative tasks
- Providing ideas and strategies that directly bring in more customers

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest
- Identify new opportunities for content and campaigns
- Create basic content using Canva (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
- Support weekly and monthly marketing plans
- Track competitors and prepare trend reports
- Verify MoMo and bank transactions before production
- Maintain daily office admin and records
- Implement activities that increase visibility and sales
- Execute monthly campaigns (seasonal promos, bundles, etc.)
- Support the Client Service team with insight-based ideas

- More visibility across all platforms
- Consistent posting and content execution
- Accurate transaction verification
- Improved customer acquisition
- Creative strategies implemented weekly
- Monthly reports with clear insights
- Well-organized office operations
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram content
- Active on social media personally
- Good communication and writing ability
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to spot trends fast and apply them
- Confident, proactive, and idea-driven
- Experience in marketing, admin, or customer engagement is a plus
