The Role
We’re seeking a multi-talented operations and business development associate to serve as a right hand to leadership. This role blends organizational leadership, people and retail operations, client experience, and creative problem solving. You’ll help us grow sales, streamline systems, support the in-store team, and execute business initiatives across both brands.
What You’ll Do
Business & Retail Operations
- Support daily operations at Seraphim’s flagship store in East Legon
- Ensure inventory, scheduling, customer communications, and service flow are optimized
- Maintain store standards and lead the team in delivering an exceptional client experience
- Assist with reporting, metrics tracking, and vendor/supplier management

Sales & Client Development
- Drive retail sales and service bookings through in-store promotions, product education, and personalized customer service
- Develop customer retention strategies, including follow-ups, email/text outreach, and loyalty engagement
- Liaise with high-value clients and provide concierge-level coordination
People & Process Management
- Support the CEO/COO in training, onboarding, and staff coordination
- Help implement new SOPs and team workflows to improve productivity and accountability
- Coordinate team meetings, performance check-ins, and scheduling
Cross-Brand & Strategic Support
- Collaborate on Tiabele product rollouts, marketing initiatives, or vendor onboarding
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, partnership pitches, and operational expansion
- Act as a key liaison between Ghana-based execution and U.S. brand direction
Who You Are
- A natural organizer and communicator—you bring order, clarity, and positive energy to a team
- Experienced in sales, operations, or client services, especially in beauty, wellness, or retail
- Have a proactive, hands-on approach—you notice what needs doing and take ownership
- Comfortable working across time zones and juggling multiple projects or business functions
- Tech-savvy and able to use Google Workspace, POS tools, or project management platforms
Bonus if You Have
- Experience in retail or spa operations, medspa, e-commerce, or beauty sales
- Creative thinking around brand experience, merchandising, or customer retention
- Background in project management, people management, or business development
