Job Summary
With passion for visuals, storytelling, and social media, the Content Creator will support the marketing team by creating engaging content that highlights our furniture, installations, and brand lifestyle. You don’t have to be an expert yet — just creative, curious, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Capture and edit photos and videos of products, installations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Assist in planning and executing content shoots in client spaces and the 44 Wood studio.
- Create simple graphic content (reels, stories, posts) for digital platforms.
- Draft engaging captions and upload content to social media
- Help manage the social media content calendar.
- Monitor engagement and suggest fresh content ideas and trends to test.
- Support the team in building consistent visual storytelling that reflects the 44 Wood lifestyle.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and production teams during shoots and campaigns.
- Any other task as may be assigned from time-to-time

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Communication/Media Studies or related field
- 3–4 years’ experience in content creation, photography, videography, or social media (internship experience counts).
Skills and Competencies Required
- Basic photography and video editing skills (familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, or Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of digital content trends, SEO, and social media algorithms
- Skilled at researching and verifying content sources.
- Ability to analyze audience engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Strong eye for design, layout, and aesthetics.
- Excellent writing skills for captions and storytelling.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a creative team.
- Personality Fit
- Creative and curious about design, furniture, and interiors.
- Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working in a collaborative environment.
- Passionate about creating content that inspires and connects.
