Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at AlleyBar Ltd. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Oversee benefits administration, compensation, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters

Required Skills or Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and skills
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
