Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant located in Accra. The Dental Assistant will support dentists in providing quality patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, and ensuring proper sterilisation of instruments.
Additional responsibilities include patient education on oral care, maintaining accurate records, and managing the inventory of dental supplies. The role involves direct collaboration with the dental team to create an efficient and comfortable environment for patients.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care
- Experience in Sterilization processes and maintaining hygiene standards
- Strong skills in Dental Assisting, including chairside support during procedures
- Effective communication skills and the ability to provide excellent patient care
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification as a Dental Assistant or relevant training is preferred
- Familiarity with dental technology and tools is an asset
