Cornerstone Developments is a leading luxury real estate developer redefining the skyline of Accra through precision, innovation, and timeless design. We are seeking a talented In-House Architect to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of modern living in Ghana.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in quality, innovation, and functionality.
- Interpret client briefs to develop feasibility reports and design proposals that align with brand standards and project vision.
- Generate creative, practical, and sustainable design ideas with a focus on user experience, environmental impact, and building performance.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and documentation using professional design software.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to maintain design integrity throughout construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Stay updated on building products, materials, construction methods, and relevant building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Architect within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural and interior design projects.
- Expert knowledge of building materials, construction details, and relevant Ghanaian and international standards.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar).
- Excellent drawing, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for innovation in architecture.
