Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for an Audit Senior at Makers and Partners. The Audit Senior will oversee and lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards, performing in-depth analysis of financial records and processes, as well as identifying areas for improvement.

The role will involve supervising team members, preparing audit reports, and maintaining strong client relationships by providing strategic advice and assurance on financial and operational practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Experience in managing audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring productive collaboration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and teamwork
- Knowledge of tax services and corporate advisory is a plus
- Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting and audit software
