Role Overview
Aqua Blue Mineral Water is seeking a Van Sales Driver to join our dynamic sales and distribution team in Accra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring timely product delivery and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners and customers.
This is a field-based role that combines sales execution, delivery operations and customer service excellence to ensure Aqua Blue products are always available, visible and refreshing our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and sell Aqua Blue Mineral Water to retail outlets, shops and key accounts within assigned territories.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent service and reliability.
- Load, transport and deliver products safely and efficiently using company vans.
- Manage inventory and stock rotation, ensuring freshness and accuracy in all deliveries.
- Collect payments and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each sales trip.
- Promote products and offers to increase visibility and market reach.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards and brand guidelines at all times.
- Provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement in sales and distribution operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in van sales, route selling ideally within the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build lasting customer trust.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, sales reporting and cash handling.
- Must be able to drive manual and posses a valid driver’s license B with experience
- Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate; additional training or certification in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Energetic, reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
