The Japan Medical Center is inviting applications from highly experienced, compassionate, and visionary nurses to join our dedicated healthcare leadership team as a Nursing Manager (Matron).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various clinical settings.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Promote safety, infection control, and continuous improvement in patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experienced Nurse (EN) with a valid professional license.
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
