About the Programme
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a longterm international development programme focused on sustainable natural resource management and inclusive policy reform. This programme is part of a longstanding partnership between governments and aims to support sustainable land and resource management through inclusive, multistakeholder collaboration.

Desired Qualification and Experience:
- A degree at a minimum master’s level in area related to the services, and experience in work involving forest governance, preferably including in West Africa.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification professional work related to these services in a developing tropical country, preferably in Ghana.
- Proven experience in multistakeholder coordination and facilitation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and foster collaboration across interests.
- Ability to deliver timely and concise reports on progress.
- Previous experience in tropical forest management would be an advantage.
- Experience leading the delivery on FCDOfunded projects preferred
- Strong expertise in building and managing programmatic relationships with high-level stakeholders from private sector, government, civil society, donors and multilateral initiatives
- Collaborative leader with a flexible cando approach, self-motivation, resilience and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the Project and the Client
- Experience integrating MEL and GEDSI into programme design and delivery
