Purpose of Consultancy
The Senior Financial Accounting Manager will establish a robust financial and administrative framework that ensures:
- Strong internal controls and transparency
- Compliance with donor and international standards and
- Timely, accurate financial reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ACA’s finance function and maintain sound financial systems
- Develop strategies for fundraising and financial sustainability
- Manage donor compliance and reporting (especially GIZ requirements)
- Build relationships with financial institutions and donors.
- Develop financial policies, manuals and capacity-building programs
- Ensure adherence to internal, donor and international standards

Qualification Required & Experience
- ACCA Level 3 (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum of 7 years senior-level financial management experience (NGO or private sector).
- Proven fundraising and donor engagement record
- Expertise in grant management, financial reporting and compliance.
- Experience with GIZ-funded projects is an asset
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
