Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented middle-level stock controller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our inventory and supply chain while ensuring accuracy for the company’s warehouse goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of our products.
- Overseeing and engaging in Operations such as receiving, storing, and shipping products efficiently with records.
- Use the company’s inventory system to ensure accurate inventory records, thus ensuring physical product matches with products in the system, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular audits.
- Process Improvement by constantly evaluating and improving warehouse processes and storage strategies.
- Quality Control with maintaining high standards for product quality, conducting regular counting and inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, accounts, and close departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Provide Customer Service by responding to customers and dispatching inquiries while resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Budgeting and Reporting. Prepare daily reports providing relevant stock updates, e.g., shortages, excesses, damages, and delivery updates, while managing the warehouse budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best warehouse practices

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Proven record of accomplishment with stock management.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse procedures and operations. Experience with our company products will be an added advantage.
- Strong Interpersonal, Accounting, and Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management nd organizational skills.
- Proficiency in trendy ERPs and Microsoft Office Suite
