Our operations encompass property development, sales, and facility management — and we are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Accountant to join our dynamic team and enhance our finance operations.
Role Summary
The Mid-Level Accountant will support the finance team in managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and familiar with accounting for construction and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Track project-related costs and assist in job costing for ongoing developments.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client payments.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and expense forecasting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and the operations team to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in accounting (experience in real estate or construction preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations in Ghana.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
