Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Analyst located in Accra. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support investment decisions.
Daily tasks include gathering and interpreting data, producing research documents, and collaborating with other team members to inform strategic investment strategies.

Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Statistics
- Market Research and Research Proficiency
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
