Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification/ Experience
- A good First University Degree or its equivalent plus a Professional Certificate in Accounting, preferably ACCA, ICAG or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years cognate working experience (Post N.S.S) in finance with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- On-going professional qualifications necessary. Knowledge/Skills:
- Good knowledge of the various accounting packages.
- Familiar with the audit and statutory requirements
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel Personality Traits:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of appropriate internal controls.
- Must be hard working.
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Transparency, honesty and integrity
- Good human relations and leadership qualities
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Must be assertive.
