As a Trader, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be responsible for buying and selling securities on behalf of the company to generate profits. You will analyze market trends and use your market knowledge and technical skills to take strategic trades, design complex trading systems and manage significant risk.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market trends and identify trading opportunities
- Buy and sell securities on behalf of the company to generate profits
- Use technical analysis and market knowledge to make strategic trades
- Responsible for buying and selling financial assets (shares, bonds, currencies, derivatives, etc.)
- Develop and maintain trading strategies
- Monitor and analyze the performance of trades
- Continuously improve trading strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with other traders and teams in the company
- Manage risks and adhere to trading policies and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Trader
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading techniques
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage risks and adhere to policies and guidelines
- Familiarity with trading platforms and software
