The Opportunity:

We are looking for a self-driven and highly creative Graphic designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing communication materials for both internal and external distribution.

How you will contribute:

The Graphic Designer role is central to ensuring brand consistency, visual impact, and timely delivery of all design-related outputs across Corporate Communications, Operations, Sales and Marketing functions. The role supports the company’s overall communications agenda through:

Brand stewardship:

• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and ensure that all visuals adhere to these guidelines and strengthen the company’s identity.
• Develop design collateral that are in line with the company’s creative direction
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget boundaries.
• Proactively collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and production of highly creative and original designs
• Maintain knowledge and use of historical and current trends to boost visual appeal and brand recall
• Ensure confidentiality in the handling of all company related issues.

Operational support:

• Provide support for the successful completion of all projects, events, and campaigns that are being coordinated or ran by the Corporate Communications Department.

Knowledge management:

• Maintain an organized and well catalogued archive of all approved design files, stock photography, and company footage on the designated Repository point.

Collaboration & responsiveness:

• Working collaboratively with the Head of Department, team members, Management and cross-functional teams, with professional communication and availability that fosters trust.

People development & leadership readiness:

• Train, supervise, and mentor Interns and National Service Personnel assigned to the Graphic Design function, ensuring they contribute effectively while building your own leadership skills.

• Your I.T skills are excellent, especially with design and photo/video-editing software.
• You understand how to leverage social media for maximum brand awareness
• You possess strong communications and interpersonal skills.

• You can work methodically and meet deadlines
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Job Requirements

• Non-graduates may apply. However, preference will be given to applicants with relevant degrees.
• Proven graphic designing experience and a strong portfolio of original works
• Proficiency with photo and video design software and technologies such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver or equivalent tools.
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a bias towards action and a ‘getting things done’ attitude.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
