Role Description
We are seeking a Media Production Manager to join our team full-time on-site in Tetegu Junction. This role involves overseeing end-to-end media production across multiple formats—video, podcast, live shows, and digital content. You will manage production teams, plan and execute shoots, coordinate with clients and partners, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standard.
You will also play a strategic role in aligning production with IBG Studios’ broader vision of merging media, technology, and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production teams across video, audio, and digital media projects.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for smooth production flow.
- Collaborate with creative directors, editors, and tech leads to maintain consistency and quality.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Supervise post-production processes and ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement best practices in production management to improve efficiency.
- Support integration of media content with IBG Studios’ tech-driven solutions (platforms, apps, SaaS).
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Video Production, Media Production, and Post-Production workflows.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and direct diverse teams.
- Demonstrated project management experience (preferably using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, talent, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a media agency, production house, or creative studio is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with emerging media technologies, streaming platforms, and digital content strategies is a plus.
