We are a reputable company specialising in the sale of medical and healthcare devices, based in Accra. We are seeking aresults-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our medical products and services actively. The ideal candidate must be passionate about sales and marketing, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to drive business growth within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical and healthcare devices to prospective clients and institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the medical and healthcare device market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Accra.
Remuneration:
- Attractive base salary plus performance-based commission.
