Africa Cement Factory (ACF) is a cement manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality cement products to meet diverse construction needs. Located in Tema, the factory has an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of cement, available both in bags and in bulk. ACF utilizes top-grade raw materials and advanced machinery to adhere to the highest industry standards. Current products include 42.5R Portland Limestone Cement (CEM II/B-L) and 32.5N Pozzolanic Cement (CEM IV/B-P).
Role Description
This is a 6 month contract renewable, on-site role for a Field Sales Officers located in Tema. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for managing client relations, engaging in direct sales activities, and fostering business relationships. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
The role involves traveling within the assigned sales territory to meet with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with ACF products.

Qualifications
- Client Relations and Customer Service skills
- Strong Sales and Business Relationship Management capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- ability to drive a motorcycle will be an advantage
