About the job
Product Strategy and Vision
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for Aya Grow, Aya Speech, and Agentic AI verticals aligned with market demands and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies for each vertical.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align product vision with company growth strategies and technological capabilities.
- Establish key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients across all three verticals, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Conduct client discovery sessions, technical consultations, and requirements gathering workshops to identify solution opportunities.
- Translate complex client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and product features.
- Respond to client technical queries, RFPs, and proof-of-concept requests with comprehensive solutions.
- Manage client expectations throughout the product development lifecycle and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Technical Team Leadership and Guidance
- Lead cross-functional technical teams including data scientists and ML engineers.
- Guide technical teams in solution architecture, technology selection, and implementation approaches.
- Facilitate technical design reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
- Provide technical mentorship and strategic direction to ensure teams deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Coordinate resource allocation and project timelines across multiple concurrent product initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Define technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product features.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Manage product testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes across different environments.
- Drive continuous integration and deployment practices to accelerate time-to-market.
- Present product updates, technical findings, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, product specifications, and client proposals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in accessible language.
- Generate regular reports on product performance, client satisfaction, and market feedback.
- Represent Aya Data at industry conferences, technical forums, and client presentations.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape across all three verticals.
- Drive innovation initiatives and research & development projects to maintain technological leadership.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for potential integration into product offerings.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within technical teams.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and technology integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
- A master's degree in business, technology, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in technical product management, with at least 3-4 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI/ML products or data-driven solutions.

Must have skills
- Experience in technical consulting and pre-sales activities with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong technical sales experience with ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with experience managing enterprise client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Good to have skills
- Deep technical understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and AI technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced technology environments with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
