We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive. Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketer ready to make an impact?
The African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA Hub), located at Kwashieman Hong Kong, is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our brand’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and manage YouTube channel content and campaigns
- Drive E-commerce growth – manage online store presence, product promotions, and sales funnels
- Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies (SEO, Ads, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing)
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Work closely with our content and business development teams to achieve monthly targets

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and trends
- Experience with YouTube content management and ad campaigns
- Understanding of E-commerce platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Creative Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are a must
- Excellent communication and writing skills
