The Field Officer is tasked with overseeing field operations, ensuring project targets are met, and maintaining strong relationships with Community Health Volunteers and stakeholders. This role involves significant on-site presence, product supplies, data collection, and reporting to support the successful execution of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities and community members.
- Coordinate field operations and activities, including recruitment and selection of Community Health Volunteers (CHVs), supervision & resupplies of products to CHVs, demand generation & outreaches and support training program.
- Ensure compliance with organisation and project policies, guidelines/protocols, plans and timelines.
- Collect and analyse field data to report project progress.
- Prepare and present reports on field activities and findings.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise in the field and any other duties that may be assigned to you.
