Job Summary
The IT Manager shall provide strategic direction and leadership for the design, implementation, and management of technology systems and infrastructure.
Duties
- Develop and execute the company’s IT and digital transformation strategy in line with corporate goals
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Ensure continuous availability of core business applications and IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Establish strong IT security frameworks to safeguard systems, data, and networks.
- Oversee the development, integration, and deployment of enterprise applications.
- Ensure efficient IT helpdesk support for staff and customers.
- Establish service level agreements (SLAs) for IT operations and monitor performance.

Required Skills or Experience
- 3 to 5 years of working experience managing IT services for a Financial Institution
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Salary: GH¢ 5,000 - 6,000
